Safety is our number one priority. Specific safety equipment is required to be allowed on the course. The attachment systems have proven reliable over a decade of experience and have used advanced technologies developed by related activities. Each user needs special equipment before starting the rope courses.
We only use the best professional brands and maintained and changed according to manufacturer's instructions. This is part of the Standard Operation Procedure manual. This includes also the rescue equipment needed for the instructors.
Despite their safety harnesses customers will not be permitted to start the course until they have received full safety training from an instructor. Only once they have demonstrated that they are safe to go, will they be allowed to continue around the course independently. Instructors patrol on the ground and will warn people not behaving according to the instructions given. They can also take them off the course if necessary.
A participating adult must accompany any person under 16 years old on the courses and accept responsibility for ensuring that any minors in his or her group complete the course in accordance with the specific safety rules and advice given by the instructors. Participating adults will need to sign a disclaimer accepting personal responsibility for supervising their own safety and the safety of all under-16 years old in their care. Minors under 16 years old can do the courses on their own but must have the waiver form signed by parents or caretaker. Usually, minor participants need to measure more than 140 cm in height to go on the adult course.
